About Us
At its core, LuMax Consulting is built on partnership. Co-founders Cassady and Jose Nevarez have spent years supporting one another professionally, challenging each other to think bigger, and collaborating on projects that sparked meaningful change. That same spirit of collaboration is what we now bring to every client — trusted partners who say “We’ve Got You” and mean it.
LuMax is built on over 25 years of combined experience in fundraising, storytelling, and mission-driven strategy, providing a deep understanding of what nonprofits need to thrive. Cassady and Jose bring operational expertise and creative vision to help organizations work more efficiently, strengthen their impact, and elevate their story.
